I kept hearing them say that these were the final episodes, but I just assumed that it meant that the season was almost over. Tonight they said that next week's episode is the series finale. I'm so upset.

I signed it
Thanks for the link. I also signed it and wrote a letter to ABC family! I can't believe the ratings went down that much! I wonder what the cause was?

I wish I knew, I also wrote a letter stating that if they took off Kyle that my family won't watch that channel agian. Kind of petty I know, but damn it! I want my Kyle!!!!!!! lol
I didn't say all that, but I should have! LOL...we would probably still watch some of the movies though, but that's the only series we watch on there.

It's the only thing we watch on that channel lol I came across Kyle by accident. I started flipping through channels, stopped on ABC Family during a commercial for the pilot sode, and was hooked. lol
I was less than happy myself when I heard that the show was ending! I haven't done much to sort out why they made that decision. I find a lot of times that when networks do stuff like this, it's usually just because they don't want to carry the show anylonger because they thing they might have something better for that timeslot. Or that they don't want the costs . . . or maybe the writers have lost their imaginations and have run out of ideas. Personally, I think that's when they should be searching through the fandom for inspiration.
But, hey, I'm just a fan, what do I know, right? Whatever . . . I think they're making a mistake. Plus, once that show ends, there's nothing on that channel I watch otherwise. They will be losing another view for sure. I have absolutely no desire to see anything else they have on right now. Some of it, for being family, I'm not so sure I'd want my kids watching . . .
Anyway, that's my rant!

My husband thinks that for the way they ended it that another network is gonna pick it up.
I hope he's right.

I hope your husband is right too!!!

They interviewed the head writer and she said they had plots and story outlines for the next five years already written out. So they didn't run out of ideas. lol
