I found this group and I was wondering if any of you ladies can answer some of my Kyle XY questions. I was watching the marathon today and it's too bad I didn't start watching this show earlier. Anyway, is Kyle always some kind of clone? I remember in some of the very first episodes, they find someone who looks like Kyle in some picture/yearbook. Why is Kyle always being followed by scientists?
He is a "science experiment", created from the DNA of the guy that he looked like and another member of Zyzyx who was cultivated in a pod. LOL...it's really hard to explain. I'm hoping that they will air re-runs or perhaps run it again from the beginning...like they did with The OC on Soap Net. I'm so disappointed that the show is over!
I hope they air more of the older episodes too. Now I'm wondering if they guy whose DNA they used knew about it. Or is he dead????

He knew about it. He was originally in charge of the experiments...Adam Beylin. I think he is dead now...or at least he hasn't been on the show. He was really sick and blah, blah, blah. What they were trying to do now with the cloning is a spin off of how they created Kyle.
