ok so after i had dd they gave me the depo shot, because i was on .edicaid and its "procedure" for medicaid paitents. i have been off it for a mont and was trying to do natural family planning but havent had a cycle yet maybe a bit of spotting, but thats it. is this normal i was only on the shot for one month. i also just feel off... could i posibly be pregnant again. we have been using the pull out method until i can learn my cycles. i dont want to use any more bithr control or unnatural methods. have i messed up? i took an hpt and it was neg. maybe im just stressing too much.
