i needed help, i can't figure out how to tone my midsection, my abs have always been a issue, i just want a nice tight belly, i'm only 23. any suggestions?

the stomach is the hardest for women to slim down.  this week ive been excercising to billy blanks videos. it is such a good workout! he has a specific one for the abs, and i guarentee if you do that a few times a week you will see results! i subscribe to netflix and i order workout movies so i dont get bored of the same one. it is such a neat idea! i love his videos!

That is my worst area. Cardio and clean eating! Diet is 85%. Get Tosca Reno's "The clean eating diet" book.

I'm trying to lose that baby fat in my stomach as well.  I'm doing dvd workouts.  Most of them have an abs routine.   Also doing exercises with a fitness ball (stability ball) would help that area as well.
