The nation can no longer accept the torture of pain-capable unborn children. Every poll since the Gosnell trial shows this, and we have to continue to make sure our Senators know as well.
We have to protect the 15,000 unborn children who are tortured and killed at the hands of late-term abortionists every year. This nightmare that we allow in the United States has to end.
Study after study shows that these poor unborn babies feel every moment of their murder, and as a nation, we've been forced to the sidelines because pro-abortion politicians have called the act of murdering an unborn baby "sacred" and protected.
Well, I'm not willing to let this continue.
The pro-life movement has fought for forty years against these protected murders, and now for the first time we have the chance to stop them for unborn babies that are pain-capable. We have to take that chance.
The US House's Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act is the law we've worked so hard for. For babies 20 weeks and beyond, we can extend federal protection and save these babies lives.
It might seem like a dream, but if this law had been on the books, we'd have 15,000 more infants and toddlers alive today. The Kermit Gosnell trial - hopefully - would have never happened because his late-term abortion clinic would have closed years ago.
Let's make this dream a reality. Help us end the nightmare of late-term abortions in America and extend the protection of the federal government to unborn babies.
Will you take a minute right now to send your Senator a message urging him to fight for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act in the Senate? We need to introduce and enact this legislation! I know if might not feel like a lot, but it's how we start saving 15,000 unborn babies every year
