 ok ladies! i will start! i am going to post my before pics today and then i will post new pics in another month and so on. good luck ladies! we can do it!

my goal: to lose about 5-7 pounds (today i weigh 127.4) and tone up my stomach, legs, theighs, and arms!

Great goals Jaime, you are definitely on your way already!  I will post up my pics when I get the time next week. I am currently at 128lbs but I am only 5'1 so it is extra weight on my frame. I really want to tone up EVERYWHERE. Especially my arms and my abs after being stretched out after the last baby.

I want to go from 128lbs - 115lbs

I want my waist size to measure 26 inches and my pant size to be a 3. I think it is a 9 now or a baggy 7.

I also want to be a able to run 2 miles straight without stopping, so if anyone needs a running partner let me know, I want to start back up.

Everyone has different weights and body sizes they want to be, no 2 people will be the same, so hopefully we all can be supportive of each other no matter how small or big our weight loss goals are.  Being healthy overall is the most important thing!

Also if anyone is interested, one of these Saturdays we could all get together at my place or a park nearby and have my husband give us a training session and individually help each person with a diet plan or exercise plan to help with our problem areas. Let me know if this would be something you ladies want me to set up. There is a fitness expo my family will be attending as well at the end of January (23rd)  in LA and I think kids 12 and under are free, the tickets are only $5 a piece so if you want to join us as well I can send you the information on this. haha!!! we don't mind!!! i wasn't brave enough to show you all my nasty ass!!! ugh!!! : ) you look good jaime!!! after 4 kids...lucky you!!! no stretch marks, that i can see anyways! i think i set pretty realistic goals for myself as well!

mary if i was there i would totally want your hubby to help me with a weight loss program and give me some pointers on what to eat and what not to eat! i am terrible though, i can't live without pasta and breads.

I am so on board. My goal by May is to loose 40-50. That is all my pregnancy weight. Started Alli yesterday thanks to Kyleen, none of those gross effects I have heard about, lol. Eating hardly any fat in foods, tons of fish, salads, water. I am determined to look good for when that white bus pulls up. 

As for photos, I am sooooooo not that brave, my bikini days braving it all are over for some time. Thanks Kai Kai ;-)

I AM SO IN! I weigh 130 now and want to be 110-115 I want to TONE TONE TONE! lol I mostly want to tone my legs arms and tummy so well i guess that is almost everywhere! 

I just bought a bunch of healthy food yesterday so let the weight loss begin! My hubby got me wii fit plus for christmas so I am going to do that as well as walking daily (as long as it isn't raining or snowing lol) 

Pictures will come soon, I am sneaking onto the computer right now when I am supposed to be cleaning lol I can't wait to loose this weight and be skinny again!

Miss you guys! Happy new year!! Oh and I think I will be coming down in spring to visit :):) So I plan to be in my skinny jeans by then!

I am so in----I will have to post pictures when I have a chance (probably next week---I'm running testers for my diapers so I have to focus on that)... I would so be interested in heading to an expo with ya'll---Let me know (I can most likely be kid free if I get at least 2 days notice)...

I really want to hit my goal by march (so I can look good when the fam visits for Davie's 1st birthday!)

I think we should do a weekly progress update, that way we can discuss what we are doing to acheive our goals and hopefully keep motivated! I think we can either put our weight loss progress down or what physical fitness and eating habits we've accomplished for the week.

I am still 128lbs, haven't lost a pound yet :(

I have been eating super healthy, salads, fish and chicken minus our little restaurant excursion yesterday.

My hubby has been training me on abs and I have walked my son to school and back, about a mile and a half I think.

I finally joined an awesome gym and will be taking my first class tonight, hopefully I don't pass out so wish me luck!

I LOVE THIS GROUP ALREADY! lol. well I just had a baby 7 weeks ago so excuse my high number


Lets see im 5'10.5 and I weight 200 right now. I want to be 155-160 so I have a lot of work to do. My goal is to lose it all by October cause thats when hubby will be home from his deployment. I try to eat healthy but I have a really bad sweet tooth. I dont think im brave enough to post pics especially in a bra and panties cause I look gross. I have stretch marks EVERYWHERE!  All over my thighs, my belly, butt, boobs....lets just say I stretched to the MAX! lol


anyway I dont really care how much I weight persay I just want to tone up and look good. Weight is just a numbe but im tired of mine being a high one :D

soooo.....how was the gym??? i am going to go buy a double jogging stroller tomorrow. i can't wait. i am going to go get on the eliptical in a few minutes. but i just wanted to say that i am all for tracking our goals weekly. so far in this last week i haven't really changed anything. i still eat the same, and i am still trying to exercise regularly. i do need to start doing it daily like i was. i got kinda lazy around Christmas. i got serious about it yesterday. so i am going to get off of here and get off my ass and go get on the eliptical! good luck ladies! we can do this!!!

 well ladies, i don't know what i did but i weigh 123.2 lbs today!!! holy crap!!! i guess i didn't eat as much today as the other day! Lol!!! well i am going to keep working hard so i can achieve my goals. hope everyone keeps going strong. i wish i was there so i could have someone, or all of you, to exercise with!!! i miss you ladies!!!
