Fruit Pizza

1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Assorted sliced fruit
1/2 cup Kraft Orange Marmalade, Peach or Apricot Preserves
2 tablespoons cold water

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.

Heat oven to 375 F. Slice cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping, on foil lined 14-inch pizza pan; press lightly to form crust.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert to right side.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Mix marmalade and water; spoon over fruit. Refrigerate. Cut into wedges.

Makes 10 to 12 servings

Suggested Fruit Tip: Bananas, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, red or green grape halves, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherry halves, thinly sliced peaches, pears or apples, or mandarin orange segments.

Don't know exact amounts....but

sliced strawberries,

sliced bananas,

halved grapes, and

mix with strawberry yogurt.

You can change any of the fruit!
