so i preshrank my fabrics before i did anything by washing thewm in warm water then drying on medium in the dryer. Then i made my diaper with knit, OBV & OBF. i made 2 soakers each of them are 4 layers... one is OBV and 3 layers OBF, the other is 3 layers of OBF and a bottom layer of knit to match the diaper.  the soaker with knit came out of the wash all wonky. The diaper seems fine, just that soaker. any ideas on what i can do to keep that from happening with the next diaper?

I always prewash my fabrics the same way I do diapers, on hot,  Then I dry on high so they are good a shrunk. :O)

Also you can try sewing straight down the center of your soaker to prevent it from bunching up.

Wet it in the sink, wring it out, and dry again.  See if that helps.
