Ultra Cuddle Fleece water resistant?

I was thinking of using some Ultra Cuddle Fleece as a cover. Is this water resistant like blizzard or anti pill or should I add some PUL or nylon to it?

By the feel of it, I don't think the weave is tight enough to be properly water resistant.  Since I haven't tried, it's only my guess.  It might make a wonderful inner lining.

That's one of my questions too!  I made a fitted with it and it kind of seemed more like a cotton than a fleece.  I would double it with a layer of fleece or the PUL.  It by itself does not work as a cover.

Check it out, ya'll!

Thanks ladies. That's what I was afraid of. I'll double it up with something.
