Which Logo?
I have two, a good friend and myself dabbled with paint.net worked on them and this is what we got. I do like them both just uncertain. I need to pick one for the diaper Labels that I will be sewing onto my diapers.
I am going to get them from MommieMadeIt.etsy.com they are printed Sew-On Fabric Craft Labels. There are also woven labels on Etsy in other shops.

You are welcome. I am doing mine with paint.net and powerpoint. I drew up the diaper with paint.net and we did the font with powerpoint.

#3, as a label the diaper will look best beside the name instead of under it IMO.

I agree and it makes it more pleasing to the eye because of the streamline-ness
