This post is to show examples of diffent diaper patterns. Please post what pattern you use, what modifications you have made, what sizes are available, what type of pattern it is and include a picture of the final product.

I use Chloe's Toes free side snapping pattern. I've modified it by putting the snaps in front instead of the side. The sizes range from Preemie/Doll to Extra large. It is very easy for begginers. I have used it to make AIOs, fitteds and covers.

This is a small AIO

This is a Medium AIO

I make Fattycakes and LaDiDa.  I haven't made any alterations to the patterns.  I like them the way they are.

FC comes in S, M, L, and XL  - Good for the cute little Chunker in your life. It does however, fit a wide rage of babies.

LDD comes in NB, S, M, and L  - Has a scooped belly and trim fit.

I use my own pattern that I drafted. I incorperated the belly scoop from the LaDiDa pattern, but the rest of it is from my own design. I have sizes NB, SM, Med and Lrg.I make pockets, fitteds, AIO's and AI2's. I also make longies, covers, slings and T&T nursing pads. Here are a few of mine:

I use the free Rita's Rump Pockets Pattern. I have had to modifiey it width wise ( my sons got a big booty lol) and I changed the wings to a square but it is good basic pattern. I use pins but I see no problem with velcro or snaps.

I use the Darling Diaper pattern. I LOVE it and haven't made any modifications yet. I love that it has like 28 pages of instructions plus additional instructions online. the sizes are tiny newborn and newborn and both have belly button scoops or snaps... small, medium, large and XL plus a cover pattern as well. the pattern includes side or front closing, snaps or velcro, pocket, fitted, squared or rounded wings and a variety of different soaker styles.

Gosh...sorry this wasn't answered sooner. You've probably figured it out by now, but for anyone who hasn't Fattycakes can be found HERE and LaDiDa can be found HERE.
