I used THIS tutorial for 8 prefolds I had. I am looking for more prefolds to convert before baby #3 gets here. I am way more pleased than I thought I would be with the outcome. It only took about 15 minutes from start to finish for just one. I have a new favorite diaper. sturdy, easy to wash and inexpensive like a prefold but, trim and easy to use like a fitted!

p.s. if you have any prefolds that you are willing to FFS let me know we are on a penny pinching budget right now  :)

Very nice =) I'd suggest looking around at garage sales. You may not see much in the way of prefolds/cloth diapers, but there's a good chance you can find cheap stuff to upcycle - flannel/fleece blankets, t-shirts, etc. Yard sales are extremely helpful when trying to save money on fabric!
