how does the sizing run on this pattern? i just got the pattern since i like the style of the diaper. any insight?

My son wears a medium in la di da. He's 25 pounds. In fatty cake he has mediums and they are much bigger though they fit him. They also fit my 3 year old! On a side note, I love the diapers they are great and so cute

i gotten a few and they seem to run big on the booty area they fit kina funny on my skinny son.

 I'ved used the medium but only serged it and it fit perfect for medium.  I tried the NB serged and it was more like a small.  I think I'll t&t the NB to get the right size. 

Haven't tried the other sizes yet.

From what I've read, the pattern is meant for babies with chunky thighs, thus the name "fattycakes".
