Organic bamboo cotton fleece Question

Hey everyone I'm new to the group. I'll introduce myself before i get into the questions. I'm Jene and i am a single mom to my 15 month old DS Cristiano aka Cris or X. I am new to sewing cloth diapers. I have been cd my son for about a year now and i have a bit of an addiction and i hope sewing my own will help cut my addiction cost lol (most likely won't happen) but anyways on to the questions

I saw a sale for it and i was wondering how well it will work as an insert? 

If it's good how many layers would i need? 

I love the feeling what else could i use it for?

I have used a bamboo cotton fleece blend and it works fantastic! Have also used 100% cotton fleece and bamboo fleece. They all work very close to the same. I would say a 2 layer trifold should be fine for during the day, maybe a 2 layer booster in addition for overnight. Just know that it may take up to 10 washes for it to be fully absorbent. You can start using it after about 3-5 washes, it just won't be at max absorption.
You could also use it for hidden layer in a fitted, or to make clothing items.
