MATERIAL , 

ok so im in the process of making reusable pads for my swifer wet jet, 

an i want to use this material for the bottom scrub part

its that stuff they put inside alot of dog beds its spongy looking

but what is it called?

Microfiber is decent; usually that's what reusable mop covers are made from.

The family dollar has a bag if microfiber clothes for5 bucks.
