I want to make a extra large multi-size pocket diaper to fit from 35-50 pounds. I want to draft my own pattern using a diaper I have but am afraid I'll mess up! What should the measurements be??? Good pattern to use???

I used Tinkle Time Trainers pattern and it worked great. I used the largest size for my 55 pound nephew.

Is the Darling Diapers Unlimited pattern still around? If so, try that one, I used it for my son and he wore it until he PLed around 52 pounds comfortably :)
