I should've asked this prior to sending out my testers but I guess I'll get feed back if it didn't work out...do you HAVE to sandwich zorb? I did lay in inserts but one long layer of zorb, half topped with minky, the other half fleece, then fold in half since my machine would never be able to go through all four layers. so the two inner layers are zorb, the zorb isn't going to be ruined when it's washed will it? I just have it in my head that I completely ruined all of those. This is what I get for not testing on my own kid first, which I ALWAYS do.

If it is original zorb yes it falls apart when washed unless sandwiched on both sides. If I understand correct, the underside was not sandwiched, it is just the zorb?
That is a bummer if they don't hold up long :(
