Hi ladies,

So I have received some AIO's with shot elastic....does anyone know a good way to replace the elastic without dismantling the diaper?

You can usually seam rip where the elastic casings are. On some you may have to make a small cut on the inner fabric. What brand?

There are Youtube videos that show how to replace elastic in your diapers.  I've had to replace elastic in some Bum Genius and GroBaby diapers.

Or put in a search at the top of Youtube for "replacing elastic in fuzzibunz

I'm assuming you have the old FB, not the adjustable leg elastic. If it is the adjustable leg elastic you will have to buy more button elastic from one of the diaper supply online stores.
