C-section recovery question

I had a emergency section July 13 2010. Scar has healed well only problem is now moving around and getting out of bed. It feels as if my insides are moving and it is very uncomfortable. Is this normal for the healing process? I've been told it can take up to a year to be completly healed is this true?

As you can see I never get on here anymore since I am only replying now.  I had a c-section with my first daughter back in 08.  I healed very fast and do not remember feeling like my insides were moving.  Hop you are doing better now and would have suggested to check with your doctor if it persisted.  Think it took a good 6 weeks before I felt like I could walk normal again and thought I would never run up the stairs again.  I wouls say by 3 months I was back to normal me.  However some people take much longer to recover.  Thankfully I had a vbac with my daughter who was born JUly 18th and the healing time is so muich better.  I do remeber thinking I thought I should be noraml after a few days but it still took 2 weeks before I could go without meds for pain.    Hope alliswell with your 6 month blessing
