Okay ladies...i was just looking at pictures from a few years agao and no lie i was 50 pounds lighter then.. does any one have any good idea to lose weight. I have been trying to watch my portion sizes, but it don't always work. I need something that will show me reults fast and then it can slow down after those first intial pounds. any suggestions.
Another thing is I don't know of naything healthy to cook that is super fast. we don't have much time to cook in my house becasue I work 30 hours a week, go to school, and I intern all along with having a 6 month old.

I try to use a smaller plate. Our dinner plates are huge and I tend to fill them and eat more than my share. Fruits and veggies make for great snacks and if you buy baby carrotts they are good to go. As far as recipes baked chicken with rice and veggies or even grilled chicken. To save time you can cook on the weekend and freeze the food so it needs to be reheated for dinner. Good Luck.
