my baby will eventually starve

not really, but i've been trying to give her formula because my frozen supply of breastmilk is almost gone. and in order for me to ever get some alone time i need to make sure she has something at my parents.

she will NOT even drink the stuff. i've tried mixing it with breastmilk but she still won't drink it, therefore my breastmilk is wasted. grrrr

she also is not sleeping through the night, she wakes every 2-3 hours, nurses for 15 min and goes back to sleep. so my thoughts is she isn't getting full enough.

so my question is........ do you girls have any ideas or tricks that i can try to get her to drink some formula?

My son did the same thing. I finally just stopped nursing all together and he started sleeping throught he night. If she is eating solids then she will not starve. you can also give her drinks of water out of a cup to get some liqiud into her. Hope it goes better for ya.
