Welcome! I have a feeling we're gonna get along great! lol I've gotten into a mess at times for my beliefs, and that's why I created this group. Hard for me to believe that I'm the only one on this site that believes as I do.

Hi, My name is Shelly. I was raised Church of Christ and fell away in my teen years. I'm now Pagan, but I'm interested in learning about preterists. I've never heard of it until the other day and it makes sense to me. My mom once told me that most everything in Revelations has happened. So I asked her then why hasn't Jesus come back? She can never give me a response. I've also thought well when he says soon did he really mean a couple of thousand years? I hope to learn a lot from this group. Thanks for letting me join!!
So glad you could join us here. You're actually the first one I've come across on Cafemom that agrees with what has been said here. Feel free to look at the other posts. Many don't have replies...that's me on my soapbox, lol.
Fact is, Jesus DID come back when the Temple at Jerusalem was destroyed at A.D. 70. There are other explanations through the forum, so keep reading. Now that I know we'll have a couple of active members, I'll post more often as I find out more.
I don't claim to know the answers, but I believe God can tell time!
