Sharing my "Be an Angel" project--It's very popular

 I thought of something that is really working in my group.  I call it my "Be an Angel" project.  Several other group owners have asked if they can copy the program in their groups.  It helps group members stay active and stay in touch with each other, and it is a wonderful way to know if any group member is in crisis and needs prayer and support.  It keeps members from falling thru the cracks!

First:  post information and ask members to sign up to be an angel to another member in the group

Second:  as they sign up, match them with another member.  (I pray about this, and I know God helps me make perfect matches!)

Third:  Each person will be an angel and have an angel watching over them.  When the match is made, instruct the angel to let their Sister know that she is her angel, then all she has to do is check in with her at least once a week and let the rest of the group know if she needs prayer or congratulations or encouragement, etc.

It has become very popular.  It is exciting to receive their sisters they are going to "watch over."  And, for those members who are in crisis, it is a godsend.
