Does It Make Sense....

To add posts and such to a newer group with no members? Trying to attract attention to my group, but I'm not getting any takers. I was thinking about adding some posts to the group to maybe put some information out there (this is a homesteading group by the way) that might attract people, but I also don't want to look like I'm talking to myself for all intents and purposes.

I always start a group with some general posts that relate to your group topic. This way...if you get someone to stop in and take a peek they may answer you...and decide to join and stick around!

I don't think I'd join an empty group.  I'd post a few things but not a ton if you have no members yet

You also need to post/reply in order for it to show up in the directory!

So yes, I would start posting.
