Towers of Brierley by Anita Stansfield

I just finished this up over breakfast this morning. I've been on a Stansfield kick lately. Although, I don't think this is one of my favorite books that I've read of hers, I did really enjoy it. It's a historical romance set in late 18th century early 19th century Scotland. I loved the characters Anya and Gavin. If you are unfamiliar with Anita Stansfield, she is an LDS author, but this book has nothing to do with the church, being that it is set 30-40 years before the Church was founded. Although, there is some mention of prayer, it never mentioned them going to church, and never says what religion the characters follow, but I'm led to believe they are Christians. So, although Stansfield is known more as and LDS author, I decided to post this here, since there was no overly religious theme in the book. I believe anyone who enjoys the 18th and 19th century Scottish setting, and enjoys a good love story that has it's share of mystery and suspense would enjoy this.
