Hi there!

My name is Colleen Lanin and I am the creator of The Travel Mamas group at Cafe Mom.  I recently launched the website, http://www.travelmamas.com/ - a site for moms who want to travel with children…and stay sane!  Here are a few questions to get us all acquainted:

What is your name?

How many kids do you have?

What are your kids' ages?

What is your job?

Where is the most exotic place you have ever gone with your kids?

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?

What do you think is the hardest thing about traveling with children?

I look forward to getting to know you!

Where is the most exotic place you have ever gone with your kids? Mexico - SO exotic ;-)

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be? Honestly, I'm at that anywhere-warm-and-sunny-in-the-winter-months stage. I'm not too picky.

What do you think is the hardest thing about traveling with children? The screaming, hands down. And not knowing when it will happen, or even why it's happening. So, sort of the same reason it's hard having children in the first place.

Hello:

My name is Teri and I am a WAHM, travel agent.  I have 2 kids - Kellie age 6, Megan age 4.  We are frequent travelers to Walt Disney World.  I am hoping to cruise and go to Hawaii with the kiddos in the next couple of years.

My kids are pretty good when it comes to traveling as they have been doing it their entire lives!! But I do find the extra "gear" to be one of the biggest challenges of traveling with kids as well as the disruption of schedules that can make for some very interesting days.

I look forward to getting to know everyone and would be happy to help with providing tips and advice for traveling to WDW with kids.

Thanks so much!

Teri
