Mommy Deploying

I am a stay-at-home mom who is also in the reserves. I found out that I am going to deploy soon and am having a difficult time. One of my daughters will turn 3 while I am gone and the other will turn one right before I leave. I am really worried how this is going to affect my girls... I feel that my oldest will feel abandoned, and I fear that when I return, my youngest will just know that I'm mommy but not really know who I am and perfer to be with the sitter instead of me. I was hoping that some of you ladies might have some advice on how to make things easier for my girls, my husband, and myself.
