Problems with my DH chain of command

The reason why I am asking this question is because my hubby is getting into some major crap on base here.  His chief is a real butt and is trying every way in his power to get my husband out of the sq.

It all started when he went on a cargo mission with my husband.  Well my hubby didn't do all that great cause he is in instructor upgrade and he has a problem with talking to people.(he is very shy)  Well something happen when the student was loading the pallets on the plane and instead of my hubby telling his student to stop what they where doing he fixed the problem his self.  The chief didn't like this at all and when they got home from the flight he sent my husband to mental health.

Well the shink couldn't find anything wrong and she didn't dnif my husband.  So the cheif called up the flight doc and tried to get him dinif that way.  The flight doc couldn't find anything wrong so my hubby is still on flying status which is good.

Now he is trying to get my hubby up in front of a review bored and trying to get him out that way.  Since all of this has been going on his chief came to his office yesterday and told him how was he planing to support his family when he gets kicked out.  Well of course my husband tells me this and I see red.  I wasn't to call up his chief and have a talk with him but I know if I do this It will be worse for my husband.

I just want to know has anyone else had this problem and how did they fixed it or should I call up his chief and have a talk with him?  Thank you

Sounds like you hubby is a loadmaster. lol I used to work with them in the AF. Is there a way you can try and transfer to a diff base? I mean I hate to say it but once they decide they are going to push you out (for whatever reason) it usually happens...hence why I am sitting here typing instead of working as a aerial porter still. I got hurt 4 years back, and for a year after that they searched for everyway possible to get me out...INCLUDING giving me LORs (tons of them) for stuff that was never my fault. At the rate things were going I would have gotten a dishonorable discharge instead of a pregnancy discharge (I ended up getting out on my own) If the Dr says nothing is wrong with him and he is still pushing it though, I would contact IG and see if they can help. All in all though it sounds like he has a seriously bad COC :(

My Name is Stephanie. I am 22. I am an Army Wife. My son was bottle fed, vaccinated, circumsized, and disposable diaperd. Forward facing at 1. Pro CIO. Spank when needed. Co sleep till 3 months. Pro life. Believe in God. Anti Obama.

I'm a little confused... is the chief trying to getting him medically boarded or discharged because of disciplinary methods? Because if its disciplinary reasons he should go talk to legal. Dh is a paralegal... I wish he were awake and I could tell you more... if its medical then he should either talk to his 1st seargant, squadron commander or as a last resort the IG office. If he is medically sound then its strange that the chief is trying to get him boarded... I'm sorry you all are dealing with this and I hope it gets all worked out positively!
