help w skype!

so hubby is deploying very soon and we both have downloaded skype on to our computers but he doesnt no if he will always get internet where he will be, but one of his buddies who is currently deployed told him a while bak bout a program he can get so that he can use skype wo having to b online. i wanted to no if this was true and if so wat website or program do i need to download. plz help. id really like to no b4 he leaves. thank you in advance.

wow u can use skype without internet, i have never heard of that.

I have never heard of that either! I thought you have to have an Internet connection to use Skype.

hey hun, my husband calls me from skype, sometimes it is hard to hear him. but beside that i love it. but their internet does mess up lot ok i'm warining u girl
