I wanna hear them! and post pics too!!! and if your love isn't home yet, feel free to post how you plan to welcome him home! (and I don't mean in the bed room either hehehe)
I'll start! well hubby came home almost a year ago and it was one of the BEST days of my life! 3rd only to the day my son was born and my wedding day. His plane landed at 1230 in the morning. Literally 30 minutes after our 2 year anniversary! Even though we weren't supposed to, I went to the Air Force base to watch his plane land. I used to work there so I was able to go back where others can't so I was totally out of the way. After his plane landed I quickly drove back to post and met up with my friends who were coming to welcome hubby home too. We went into the gym and waited for what seemed like FOREVER! By the time they marched into the gym it was 0230. I was really nervouse about how DS would act seeing as how daddy left when he was 6 days old, but he did awesome! It truley was an amazing night!

thats amazing,
my hubby is due home soon (a couple months)
he deployed shortly after we got married, and came home for R & R a week after our little one was born.
i told him already that when they get home, i am going to practically knock him over cause i'm going to be running up to him.
i have only seen him on web cam, and vice-versa, same with our little one.
he will be home just in time for our little ones 1st birthday

My hubby will be home in a few weeks. This is his third deployment. My daughter was born while he was deployed the first time and this time I got preg while he was home on R&R....he gets to be here for this birth!!! My DD was eight months old when he got home the first time, so I was scared of how she would act, she did great too. The past few weeks are going so slow. this has been the longest deployment (15 mo.) and the hardest. My daughter is five now and misses her daddy so much. This picture is of my DD waiting for his plan to land, returning from his second deployment.

oh my goodness that picture is adorable! It's like one you would see on a card or something! Congrats on him coming home soon, the 15 monthers do suck terribly.....then again I have only been through 1 deployment and it was a 15 monther haha I don't know any different
