Should I add a Foreign Language?

I purchased a Kindergarten curriculum from Memoria Press.  Their curriculum covers: Phonics, Math, Copybook (handwriting), Memory (Bible & other important infor), Book, Music, Art and Poetry of the week, Social Studies, Science and Craft.  We will also be continuing Sign Language with http://www.lifeprint.com/.  My DD also wants to start taking piano lessons.

My question is : Should I add a foreign language? and which one?

**Memoria Press does have a Latin curriculum for this age.

I think that it would be good to add a foreign language. I am doing Spanish from K onward and teaching Latin from 5th on. I have read a few places that if a child is 9 before they start a language they will almost never speak it fluently. I don't know if you care about that but I would start with whatever language you want them to speak first. That is just from my own thoughts though and I certainly don't think that teaching latin first would do any harm.

That is my thought too, but I was concerned that maybe I was just nuts.
