i thought that id ask .....i thought we could share what we have eatin ... and hmm it would be a food journal:)
i have always heard that its best to eat several times a day instead of just 3. i try:( ill write in the truth ... and if u see that i have eaten some red velvet cake or something... sorry:( but i guess my goal is to copy what other people put. lol get ideas lol. ( does that make me a cheater ?)
here is mine....
this morning: I THINK I WILL HAVE SOME OATMEAL... I HEARD THAT THE INSTANT ISNT AS GOOD AS THE UM REGULAR OAT ONE. (THOUGH I ADD A BIT OF SUGAR and CINNAMON. DONT THINK THATS A GOOD IDEA BUT I CAN ONLY EAT WHAT TASTE GOOD LOL
that didnt go very well ...i ate the instant... :( and a pb sandwhich on wheat bread w/ some crystal light stuff. it only has 5 calories...
lunch: TUNA WITH MAYO... NOT THE LIGHT KIND :( CORN TORTILLAS AND SOME CRYSTAL LITE STUFF
dinner: WILL EAT A TURKEY SANDWICH AND BAKED CHIPS... CRYSTAL LITE STUFF
snacks: I HAVE TON OF ORANGES.... I NEED TO GET RID OF A FEW... PROBABLY 2 BETWEEN MEALS...
Omg I totally just woke up lol. Me and Bri (my dd) are going to go eat some cereal. I buy the little boxes so I dont eat to Cuz I LOVE cereall lol. I do eat like I snack. I usually only have one big meal a day for dinner. I have heard not to eat past 8 because you normally don't do much after dinner. I do because I stay up late sometimes im on my wii fit at midnight. Bri is always awake too lol. This is what I normally eat.
bananas
madrin oranges
pbj sandwiches
cereal (lil box)
mac n chease krafts
fig nutons
string cheese
yogurt
rotisery chicken
Briannas gold fish crackers (thats right I eat her snacks sometimes LOL)
I am trying to cut all the donuts and cookies out of my life. I usually eat a few of the tiems above a day. I did give in on a cup of donut holes last week though lol. They were at the gas station lol. And no its not cheating because we are all here to give tips and help eachother lose weight or /and tone up. :)
Too much chocolate! Ok - I had a big glass of skim milk for breakfast. I had a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter for a morning snack. I had a 100 calorie pack of chips dipped in bean dip and then a black bean/chicken burrito for lunch. Maybe next time I'll put in a better format. I've also had 8 small pieces of dove chocolate. I weighed 152 at the doctors office last week. That same morning I was 148 at home. I'd like to get down to 135. But for this contest I would be happy with 143 on my home scale.
I had some shredded wheat...some new chocolaty kind my hubby brought home for me...with 2% milk. Haven't eaten lunch yet, but it will be turkey on pita w/lettuce, tomato, and a half a slice of Kraft American cheese. Not sure on the rest of my day yet, but I have some baby oranges *clementines?* that I can eat, so that will probably be a snack.
K THIS MORNING I ATE SOME EGGS WITH CORN TORTILLAS... AND SOME CRYSTAL LIGHT DRINK.
LUNCH AND DINNER... MY BOYFRIEND WANT TO TAKE ME OUT TO EAT... I GUESS ILL GO FOR A SALAD... MAYBE SUBWAY... I DONT KNOW..
IM NOT EATING THE WAY IM SUPPOSED TOO:(
I DONT THINK I CAN EAT SEVERAL MEALS A DAY... WELL AT LEAST ITS NOT AFTER 7PM AND OVER 1500 CALORIES... I HOPE I WILL BE FINE:(
ps: i ate a freakin burger at wings n more.... and u know what it wasnt even good... probably cause i felt bad. i dont know whats with me .... i just cant eat healthy at a resturant. im gonna eat a salad while my honey eats some wings and ribs... yeah right:(
