POST UR WORKOUTS HERE!!!
4/23/09 : I WENT TO THE GYM.....WORKED OUT FOR AN HOUR.... 30 MIN CARDIO (MOSTLY TREADMILL... I CANT LAST LONG WITH CARDIO) USUALLY A 3.5 SPEED. THEN 30 WORKING OUT ARMS, CHEST AND BACK... (i got my sticker!!! lol)
Does Wii boxing count as working out LOL cause if so, then YES, I did. Also the normal walk around town, sit ups.. etc..

it counts!!! anything u are doing to burn some calories!!!
This is what I did so far today on my wii fit...
I did 10 mins of hula hooping lol (its hard)
10 minutes of boxing
10 mins of aerobic dancing lol
Later I am going to do dance dance revolution lol. Also Jacknifes for my belly. I am trying hard to tone it down. Hey does anyone know what to do about stretch marks. Mine are horrible.
I didn't actually exercise, but I cleaned up the house. My Wii messed up a couple weeks ago, so it's on its way to get fixed. I can't believe how much I miss it!
I didn't get to exercise today or yesterday - I had a final exam tonight that I am done with YAE!!!
Tomorrow it's back on the wagon for me. I've been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video and I finally got to level 2 earlier this week.... but I do need more cardio work.
I'm so excited to have an active group for this!

i worked out again today!!! whoo hoo. ( though im hurting) well i went to the gym and ...
cardio ( treadmill and stairclimber) 30 min total... about 90 calories burned... according to the machine..
30 min on machines... legs, butt, thighs, calves...
phew... i dont work out on the weekends. well sometimes i would on sat and then id take off a weekday... i dont like that.
then easter weekend i didnt go for 3 days.... was really hard that monday to get back on track..
so im gonna take a 2 day rest for my muscles ...( dont they build when the rest... the break and rebuild ... something like that)
MON... I REALLY NEED TO GET IN THAT GYM EARLIER!!! (DAYCARE HAS A 2 HOUR LIMIT... THEY CLOSE AT 12:30 AND I SWEAR I DRAG SOMETIMES TO GET THE LAST HOUR UGH)
HOPEFULLY I CAN GET IN THERE AT 8 AM!! GET MY 2 HOURS ON!!
