here were my answers:) dont u just like these things lol...

What sports do you enjoy doing? UM I NEVER REALLY LIKED SPORTS BECAUSE I WAS NEVER FIT TO PLAY... I WAS THE GIRL PICKED LAST... OR MAYBE PICKED CAUSE MY FRIENDS WERE ON THAT TEAM SO WE DIDNT PLAY.... WED CHIT CHAT OUR WAY THROUGH THE GAME AND LOSE.... NOW THOUGH (THINKING.....)

I ENJOY SHOPPING ( IT INVOLVES WALKING AND CARRING BAGS) FISHING, I WOULD LIKE TO WALL CLIMB ONE DAY WITH MY SON ( ONES AT OUR MALL) PLAY PAINTBALL WITH HIM TOO:) I WANT TO BE ALBE TO RUN AROUND IN THE PLAYGROUND WITH MY YOUNGEST LONGER THAN I DO NOW. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE IM GOING TO A GYM (INSTEAD OF HOME) AND I REALLY WANT TO MAKE SOME REAL CHANGES TO MY BODY. AFTER THAT I ALOT MORE CHANGES IN MY LIFE WILL OCCUR FOR THE BETTER:)

What was your first memory of fitness? FIRST I DID IT AT HOME CAUSE I HAD A CRUSH... MY FIRST REAL CRUSH I GUESS... WELL OK NOT FIRST I WAS LIKE 17... BUT I WOULD WORK OUT SPELLING HIS NAME INSTEAD OF COUNTING LOL.... THEN HE TOLD ME HE WANTED TO BE FRIENDS. I STOPED WORKING OUT...LOL

When was the last time you did something fitness oriented? YESTERDAY AT 24 HR FITNESS

What did it take you to get out of the house? THE CLOCK... GOTTA MAKE IT THERE 2 HOURS BEFORE THE NUSURY CLOSES:)

If you are watching your weight, what is your weight right now? (If you don't know, estimate or give your pants size) IM 142.... THOUGH MY EATING HABITS ARNT SO GREAT... AND TODAY IM DONNA TRY SO HARD TO GET IT RIGHT I WANT TO LOSE MAYBE LIKE 10 LBS OR SO

Were you a fit child? What was that like? NO.... I HATED IT... I WAS IN AROBICS CLASS TWICE BUT I WOULD RUN OUT OF BREATH SO FAST.

Were you a fit adult? What was that like? NOT YET

Do you consider yourself a person that has a high tolerance for pain? If so/not, why? PAIN?? SOMEWHAT.... I HAVE GIVEN BIRTH TWICE:)

Why or why not? MY SISTER IS OLDER... WHEN WE WOULD GO OUT SHE WOULD ASK GUYS WHO THEY THOUGHT WAS OLDER.... THEY WOULD ALWAYS PICK ME. UGH! BUT O WELL I AM WITH A VERY YOUNG MAN (22) AND HE KEEPS ME YOUNG.

How do you visualize fitness, Describe yourself as if you were where you wanted to be in present tense. What do you see yourself doing? WOW, MY HONEY AND I (+KIDS) ARE GOING BIKE RIDING THIS WEEKEND:) ITS GONNA BE SO MUCH FUN:) THERE IS A NEW PARK THEY BUILT AND ITS WAY HUGE:) I CANT WAIT!! THE PAINT BALL GAME WAS FUNLAST WEEKEND. I SHOT JASON SO MANY TIMES IT WAS FUNNY. ALMOST PEED ON MYSELF. HE KEPT TRYING TO RUN AWAY FROM ME ... IT WAS CRAZY... NEXT THING HE NEW I TOOK A TURN, ENDED UP RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM AND SHOT HIS BELLY LOL

What clothes do you wear when you work out? COTTON PANTS WITH A HOODIE SHIRT... IM COMFORTABLE. AND YEAH I MATCH LOL OH AND MY SPORTS BRA LOL

What equipment do you use, if any? TREADMILL, STAIR CLIMBER, AND MACHINES FOR LEGS, CHEST, ARMS, BUTT, STOMACH...... I DONT REALLY LIKE FREE WEIGHTS (YET)

Where do you wind up doing your routine? 24 HOUR FITNESS

If you don't have a routine, where do you visualize doing your workouts? ......

What do you do for variety?  MON WED FRI--- LEGS, GO FOR A WALK..... TUES THURS---ARMS AND THE REST

What matters most to you: Strength, flexibility, agility, endurance? ALL OF IT... MOST OF ALL I GUESS STRENGHTH

What are your physical strengths? NA :(

What do you do that helps your strengths? WEIGHT LIFTING

What are your physical weaknesses? IM WEAK LOL... MY ENDURANCE SUX TOO

What's the story behind it?   As a kid I was always involved in sports and loved it.  I don't know my dad never had a boy so I was the tomboy and played sports so my dad would think I was cool.  LOL

What was your first memory of fitness? Riding bikes ( does that count )

When was the last time you did something fitness oriented? Last week I walked 2 miles

What did it take you to get out of the house? We had already signed up and we had to be there at a certain time.

If you are watching your weight, what is your weight right now? (If you don't know, estimate or give your pants size) 197.  Down from 233

If you are watching your weight, what weight do you want to get to? (If you are unsure or don't know, estimate or give your ideal pants size) 175

Were you a fit child? What was that like? Yes, what do you mean what was that like.  It was normal to me.

Were you a fit adult? What was that like? No, I got pregnant at 18 and the whole time I was pregnant I gained a lot of weight and I have kept it my whole adult life.

Do you consider yourself a person that has a high tolerance for pain? If so/not, why? no, i don't like to hurt

If so How? -  if not, Why? no, how can you?

Do you consider yourself a person who is able to age well? I hope my genes help me age well.

Why or why not? I am native american so here's to hope

How do you visualize fitness, Describe yourself as if you were where you wanted to be in present tense. What do you see yourself doing? Enjoying life and not worried if I will see my kids grow up.  I also want to run a half marathon.

What clothes do you wear when you work out?  baggy shirt and athletic capris

What equipment do you use, if any? treadmill

Where do you wind up doing your routine? I either walk outside or if the weather is bad I go to my friend's house and use the treadmill.

If you don't have a routine, where do you visualize doing your workouts?  I would love to go back to curves.

What do you do for variety? nothing

What matters most to you: Strength, flexibility, agility, endurance?endurance

What are your physical strengths? my legs,  as a stated above I always played sports and I was the catcher on my softball team so I have very strong calves.  That is why I will never be skinny just fit

What do you do that helps your strengths?  walk

What are your physical weaknesses? i guess my arms i don't know

What do you do (or want to do) that helps your weaknesses? guess i could start lifting weights. but then there is that whole pain issue

What's the story behind it? none

What was your first memory of fitness? I really don't have much memory of anything in particular.

When was the last time you did something fitness oriented? Yesterday, I did Wii fitness yesterday.

What did it take you to get out of the house? It is hard for me to get out, so I work out in my home.

If you are watching your weight, what is your weight right now? (If you don't know, estimate or give your pants size)I am at 224 right now.

If you are watching your weight, what weight do you want to get to? (If you are unsure or don't know, estimate or give your ideal pants size)My ideal weight would be 125.

Were you a fit child? What was that like? I was a skinny girl.

Were you a fit adult? What was that like? I am bigger now than I have ever been.

Do you consider yourself a person that has a high tolerance for pain? If so/not, why? After having several knee injuries, and surgeries, I believe that I have a high tolerance for pain.

If your tolerance for pain is low, do you believe you can make it better?

If so How? - if not, Why?

Do you consider yourself a person who is able to age well? Once I get myself in shape, I believe that I will age well. Physically, I am not where I would like to be.

Why or why not? It has been difficult for me to maintain my physical fitness, it should not be an excuse, but other interferences, seem to home me back mentally.

How do you visualize fitness, Describe yourself as if you were where you wanted to be in present tense. What do you see yourself doing? Being that my knee problems prevent me from running, I always visualize myself running in the park with my son.

What clothes do you wear when you work out? I usually wear, a pair of shorts and t-shirt.

What equipment do you use, if any? I don't have an exercise equipment.

What do you do for variety? Sometimes, I will do the wii fitness, or I will do stretching.

What sports do you enjoy doing? I enjoy Soccer and volleyball but never play

What's the story behind it?  I am good at soccer and volleyball but I can't move around as much as I did when I had the energy at 130lbs.

What was your first memory of fitness?School beating all the girls in the mile race in under 7mins

When was the last time you did something fitness oriented? One day last month

What did it take you to get out of the house? my son

If you are watching your weight, what is your weight right now? (If you don't know, estimate or give your pants size) 196lbs

If you are watching your weight, what weight do you want to get to? (If you are unsure or don't know, estimate or give your ideal pants size) 130lbs

Were you a fit child? What was that like? yes because I loved to move around but I was always shy so I never joined any sports

Were you a fit adult? What was that like? I am 23 and I have to say no. I had a C-section with my son...went down to I believe a size 9 and gained/doubled what I lost due to a thyroid condition I didn't know I had

Do you consider yourself a person that has a high tolerance for pain? If so/not, why?No, I can't hand pain when it comes to a nerve. For example I have a lot of backpains.

If your tolerance for pain is low, do you believe you can make it better?  I think if I just lost the weight I would feel 100% better but I don't have the motivation

If so How? -  if not, Why? I just need to motivate regardless of how I feel.

Do you consider yourself a person who is able to age well? Yes

Why or why not? If I loose the weight I think I would be more active with my son and being healthy will allow a person to age well

How do you visualize fitness, Describe yourself as if you were where you wanted to be in present tense. What do you see yourself doing? I see myself being outside more, play games like soccer with my son more, walking more, biking , camping, etc. I think I would have more confidence meeting new guys. I am a single mother and I have no confidence in myself.

What clothes do you wear when you work out?  out sweat pants/ shorts and a loose t-shirt, tenna shoes

What equipment do you use, if any? Treadmill, bike, Wii Fit Board, walking outside

Where do you wind up doing your routine? no where I workout maybe a week and give up

If you don't have a routine, where do you visualize doing your workouts? Outdoors eventually, and in my room

What do you do for variety? Variety?lol that word is not presently in my vocabulary

What matters most to you: Strength, flexibility, agility, endurance? All of them because I lack them all.

What are your physical strengths? The couch...does that count...I dont do much of anything.

What do you do that helps your strengths? Spend time with my son

What are your physical weaknesses? Everything.

What do you do (or want to do) that helps your weaknesses? I want to loose weight because it makes me feel good and it helps me do more with my son. I dont want him to remember me as a boring mother that never played with him.
