Congrats Mama! You'll still be able to work out. When I was preggo w/my DD I used to go to the gym and walk on the treadmill and do the bike. I would swim also b/c my gym had an indoor pool. I didn't gain a whole lot of weight when I was preggo w/her, like 27lbs. You should be able to do some yoga too. I've been doing yoga on the Wii Fit and I LOVE it, I had never tried it before. It's fun though! I hope you have a happy, healthy pregnancy :)

OMG CONGRATS! I just had a scare this last month. My peroid was really crazy. But you can totally keep a healthy workout and be pregnant. You just cant do a ton of cardio I think. Your doctor of course can advise you a lot better. But I know when I was preggies I gained 50 lbs and my doctor was really mad at me about it lol. whoops. He told me towalk and such.

Congrats!  As the other ladies mentioned, you will be able to work out, just ask your doctor about the type of routine you are interested in doing before you begin. Good luck!
