me... 5 weeks pregnant.. 144lbs. gained one inch in arms lol. i have cut my weight in half and have more reps. im not pushing to lose weight anymore... but will eat healthier, and do cardio. just not as intense as i was before. i drink more water too.
Will you continue this? I got back on track this week, I have the wii cardio and usually, I will do and hour sometimes two hours of work out. I don't have a camera, but I can post my messurements. and weight. Let me know if you would like anyone in the group to participate, if so I will post my messurements.

Do you like to walk? I'm sure walking is a safe exercise that you can do to maintain strength and weight, and by the time that you have the baby, it will make your delivery less stressful. Ask your doctor.
