Swiss Chicken with Stuffing

Chicken breasts- 6 pieces boneless/skinless chicken, flatten with skillet, which
means "pound it down"
Swiss cheese- 6 slices
Cream of chicken soup- 1 small can
Water or white wine- 1/4 cup
Pre-Seasoned stuffing mix-2 cups-i use stove top
Butter-1/2 cup, melted

 
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350*
Spray casserole dish with non stick spray

Place chicken breasts in dish, cover each with a slice of swiss cheese. Combine
soup and water (or wine) and pour over cheese. Cover soup with stuffing and
drizzle butter over top. Bake for 1 hr
