1 package chocolate cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Kahlua
3 eggs
1/4 cup bourbon
3/4 cup coffee extra strong
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour (or spray with Baker's Secret) tube pan.
Combine cake mix, sugar and cocoa. Combine oil, water, Kahlua, bourbon, and coffee. Beat liquid and eggs into dry mixture for 4 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then remove and ice immediately.
Frosting: Heat margarine, sugar and milk; stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly stir in chocolate chips and pour over cake. This may be made in microwave.
