2/3 cup karo -- light or dark corn
-- syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream -- or whipping cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate
assorted fresh fruit
In medium saucepan stir corn syrup and cream.
Bring to boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
Serve warm as a dip for fruit.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
In medium microwave bowl, stir corn syrup and cream.
Microwave at High (100%) 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted.
