I would get something for everyone in my family
my husband and i would eat get an outfit; the rest would go to buying phase-clothing for our daughter...it sucks when she literally wakes up one morning and NONE of her clothes fit causes she grew overnight...so i would well-prepare us for those times =)

Buy clothes for my kids. My 4 yr old only has 2 pairs of pants that fit her. My 3 yr old really needs some cloths and so does my 16yr old.
I would buy two of these Taylor beds http://www4.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?DeptID=66047&CatID=67294&GrpTyp=STY&ItemID=15a20f4&attrtype=&attrvalue=&CMID=66047%7c67054&Fltr=&Srt=&QL=F&IND=1&cmVirtualCat=&CmCatId=66047|67054|67294 Our girls are getting 'big girl' beds for Christmas and as of right now their new mattresses will be on the floor.
