Redecorating~Curtain idea

Hi all,

My boys are getting older and rarely used the messy playroom anymore. Now that I have a business and also sew and craft, I decided to change it into my office/craft/sewing room. They boys decided to also switch bedrooms. The 15 yr old outgrew the decor in his room, but the 9 yr old wanted it. That meant that the 15 yr old needed a new decor and, of course, we went to JCP for items for both new rooms. I love the new curtains we got their for Travis' room. He has a streetlight near his window and it shone through the old curtains all night. JCP has these amazing curtains that block out the light and have a lightweight layer for keeping the heat or cool in. My 15 yr old is not turning over to have light through the curtain waking him up.

I love these kinds of curtains.  We had to buy some for my boys room because they'd get up with the crack of dawn and while that's what time they need to get up now, in the summer, they need to be sleeping at that time.

we have some of the JCP blackout curtains in our living room and they were absolute lifesavers to keep the heat out of the living room in the summer! LOVE THEM!
