Do you do it with jewelry? Belts? How do you update clothing from last years wardrobe and make it look new and stylish without spending alot of dough?

I think if you have a good staple item like a good pair of black pants or black skirt all you need is a new sweater and jewelry. I'm not a belt person but you can always update a look with a new beaded necklace and earrings.

I just bought a sweater that came with a fashion scarf, and I had tons of compliments on the scarf! You can pick up an awesome fashion scarf for under $20.00 and it would update a casual or dressy look!

as cliche as it sounds, ACCESSORIZE!  just adding the simpliest touch can totally transform an old outfit.  layered necklaces, dropping earrings, scarves, belts...they all do the trick =)
