What to wear for going out ???

I really want to shop and pick out an outfit but i am a t-shirt and jeans girl. I kinda HATE shopping and have no imagination what would look good on me from what something looks like on the hanger. I am 47....120 lbs 5' 6" so i can wear ANYTHING. I want to wear something really different for when i go out with my man.

Any ideas? I was thinking mAYBE a short skirt with tights and gasp.....heels????? What do you think???

How about a nice slim fitted dress with tights and knee high boots?  Heels work too.

i LIKE that idea....cuz a dress is one piece... i wouldnt have to try and find pieces that go together.

How about a nice knee length dress,no tights. Stockings and heels. Shorts skirts with tights is something my teen DD wears. But,its up to you,and how comfortable you want to be.

 Ummmmm i dont know of any. I buy most of my clothes from Goodwill. We have a Boston Store in town and a Kohls ( i dont like Kohls)Otherwise i gotta drive to Milwaukee for anything exceptional.

Really??  I love Kohls!  Well, maybe you'll find something at the thrift stores and you can jazz it up with some accessories!

What I do when I want a certain look but dont know how to go about it is to find a store that has great displays and ask the sales girls to put together an outfit for me
