Clarins Double Fix. Expensive though. I have heard good things about Anastasia brand brow gel, and think its probably more affordable. The ELF one is super cheap, but its junk so save the time and skip it.

Yes I really want Anastasia, but was looking for something cheaper, but yea I'm with u on skipping elf

I've tried the ulta store brand and its not bad just comb thru so its not too much. I've also used Estee Lauder and I don't notice any flaking either.
