Anybody got any suggestions? I've been trying for over a year to grow it out and it hasn't grown hardly any. MAYBE half an inch in a year...and thats a big maybe. I've been taking vitamins and havent noticed any difference. My hair is dyed a few shades darker than my natural color so I would notice any new growth..so, any tips at all would be very appreciated!!

5000 mcg of biotin/day,wen cleansing conditioner, leave in conditioner, dry shampoo on days not washing. Only wash a few times a week. All natural hair masks are supposed to help as well.

I've been trying too. Pregnancy has been helping so far. Also supposedly if you get it trimmed every 6 weeks should help. Not sure on how true that is

Thanks! Have you used Wen? Is it worth the money?

I'm so scared to get a trim! Every time I do they cut off so much more than I asked for, it's very frustrating.

Yes, I got it about 3 wks or so. I really like it. I ordered it from QVC. It was a today's special value. I got the 32 oz cleansing conditioner, travel cleansing conditioner, hair mask, and hydrating spray for around 60 dollars. I got it on auto delivery, so it will ship every 3 mos. I had a very short pixie, and now it is chin length. I have gotten it cut several times, including today. I would post pics, of my short cut n now the longer style, if I knew how. I am currently doing all these things, and they have definitely helped. How is your diet and exercise? Both help hair growth.

Lol I didn't figure... I had a short angled bob and mine grew back within 6 months due to pregnancy.
