Does your family dress up or stay casual for Thanksgiving dinner?

We usually get semi dressed up. I usually wear dress pants and a nice shirt or sweater. Is this normal or do most families wear their jeans and sweatshirts?

Nice but casual. It's the one time you may be taking a group picture with people you don't see often so it's nice to dress up a little.

If we're going to someone else's house, we dress up. If we stay at home, I wear old clothes when I'm cooking, but right before people start showing up, I change into something nice.. dress pants and a blouse, or a sweater. Its a big holliday, so there will be pictures taken, so I try to look nice and do my hair and make up.
