What vitamins do you take?

Yes I take a muliti-Vitamin, Fish Oil, vitamin C , Garlic & vitamin D & 2 baby asprins a day, Sometimes when needed for energy I take Vitamin B's.  I don't eat Red meat & drink lots of water...I tried them Hair,Skin & nails for about a month.There didn't seem to be much difference, so I quit. Hope they work for you, think I am just to old for hair, skin & nails anymore.;)

I take a ton of supplements...

Morning:  1 prenatal, 2,000mg L-Tyrosine, 50mg 5-HTP, 6,000mg coconut oil, 10 billion probiotic
Noon:  2,000mg L-Tyrosine
Evening:  50mg 5-HTP, 6,000mg coconut oil
Night:  50mg 5-HTP
