I would recommend that everyone take a multivitamin, exercise and eat healthy.

I definitely recommend using vitamins as part of your daily routine. After having Cafe Mom provide me the opportunity to try Natures Bounty Optimal Solutions Extra Strength Hair, Skin and Nails vitamins I love the changes in my nail health!

Definitely, I think a vitamin supplement is a good idea for anyone. I don't think I get the daily amount of some of the vitamins that I need just from my regular life style. So I figure that most average people don't either, a vitamin supplement is helpful. I just started taking the Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions for Hair, Skin and Nails, I am excited to see the benifits from them.

I would if I knew they didn't eat a healthy diet. Vitamins help you get some of those vitamins and minerals you don't get from not eating so healthy. Sometimes it's hard for me to get all the vitamins and minerals from what I eat. I know I could add more of a vegetable variety in my diet.

I absolutely recommend vitamins to others. I also would tell people to go to their doctor to get a full blood workup done first to see if they are lacking in any vitamins or minerals. Many people are and don't even know it. A check up at least once a year is very important.

Yes I would, at least tell them what I use if they ask.
