This is the way I feel. I eat very healthy and feel I get what I need from the food that I eat, but I am always willing to hear other people's recommendations.

OMG yes!  I strongly believe not only in a multi vitamin but I'm always looking for vitamins that help out for skin, hair, nails, and inner body workings, I say they are great!

Absolutely!  The vitamins I take are SO good they have a 90 day money back guarantee.  They are THAT good!  I am a big believer that we need extra nutrition and taking vitamins help!

I have two vitamin deficiencies, D and B12.  I could by the pricey prescription form but my doctor said just take a good prenatal vitamin each day.  I can tell the difference when I forget my vitamin.

I don't recommend anyone take anything, I don't want to be sued for malpractice.

No, because not everyone needs them. If you eat healthy, drink lots of water, dont have any deficiancy and live healthy, you should not need them.

there are too many pills in this world. if we dont NEED them, we shouldnt take them.

There is no way that going to a doctor's office for a check up and/or blood work is going to give you the data that you need to determine if you are deficient. There are no blood tests ( especially accurate ones) for many of the nutrients that our body's need. As a wellness educator in a Integrative Medicine practice, I hear people asking that question a lot. NONE of us mortals get all the nutrients we need from our food supply. The RDA amounts ONLY prevent major deficiency diseases- they do not prevent chronic low grade problems that many people experience.

I absolutely recommend vitamins to others. I also would tell people to go to their doctor to get a full blood workup done first to see if they are lacking in any vitamins or minerals. Many people are and don't even know it. A check up at least once a year is very important.

Yes i would recommend vitamins to others, we live in a society were it is grab and go so it is forget when it comes to our daily doses of vitamins and minerals, every woman needs to have them in their diet to feel and look their best
