Would you recommend vitamins to others?

These Vitamins are defanitly the Best!!! My Doctor told me he suggests these to his patients too!!

I'm not a fan of vitamins. I understand that they aren't metabolized well by the body, that most of them are excreted at waste making the content % in the bottle irrelevant since you don't absorb a full dose anyway. This is in contrast to the vitamins in the foods we eat which are absorbed much better by the digestive system because we were made to process foods, not pills. I think it's more effective to just eat the foods with the vitamins you need.

Take A and keep disease Away

Boosting the immunity against diseases is the best way to stay fit and healthy.

Vitamin A does this for you. In addition to boosting up the immunity it also helps in healing process.

Daily intake of carrot is both good for the eyes and shooting up the immunity.
